Book Your Free 15-Minute Consultation

The easiest way to begin is to click the "book your free consultation" button below.
This will take you to a short enquiry form (2-5 minutes). It asks for:
• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• The nature of your enquiry (helpful if you can give detail, but no pressure - I know this can feel overwhelming).

If you can manage it, it helps me prepare if you share:

• Your child's current situation (in/out of school, exclusions, EBSA, burnout, provision/access issues).
• Any deadlines or processes already underway (EHCP/ENCNA, appeal, complaint etc).
• If you already have an idea of which package might suit you, you can mention it - but it's not essential.

I personally read every enquiry and aim to reply within 2–3 working days (Monday-Thursday). During busy periods, it can take a little longer, but I will always respond within one week at the latest (except during school holidays, when response times may be slightly longer)

If it has been more than a week and you’re concerned that your enquiry hasn’t been received, you’re very welcome to email me.

What to Expect from the Call

The free consultation is a short, focused conversation where we will:

• Talk briefly about your situation.
• Clarify what support you might need.
• Outline the next steps and possible options.

It's no obligation - just a chance to get grounded, ask questions, and see if we're a good fit.

If you'd like to go ahead afterwards, I'll follow up with a clear summary of options (at different levels/price points where possible). You can take as much time as you need to decide. If I don't hear back, I'll simply assume vou've chosen not move forward - no pressure, no chasing.

If You Decide to Go Ahead

Once you're ready:

1. We confirm the package/quote and timescale (usually 1-2 weeks, max 3-4 weeks during busy periods).

2. You complete a short contact & consent form with a few more details.

3. You provide any documents we've agreed are relevant.

4. I send an invoice for a 50% deposit (required to confirm the booking).
